Our facility is equipped with all forms of modern equipment needed for cutting, routing, machining, bending, and welding most thermoplastics, including:

Capabilities

CJI Process System personnel are trained according to the current guidelines of the German Welding Society DVS FA 11 for welding thermoplastics. We also have ASTM C 1147 Qualified Plastic Fabricators on staff. Some of our capabilities include:
